     Austin Daniel - Leasing and Sales Agent. Austin has over 13 years of experience in Real Estate. Austin is highly sociable individual, who draws energy from his clients, and is optimistic daily. He loves to be around people and is very persuasive. His expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues will help investors and buyers find the right home in the right neighborhood.

 

 

Rebecca Smith - Property Management Supervisor. Rebecca assists in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management. She is also responsible for recruitment of new investors and creating investor relationships. Her primary responsibility is to ensure the asset of investors and maintain performance of all the properties. With her 5 years’ experience in property management, she is fully knowledgeable and capable of maintaining properties. 

 

Samantha Beacham - Leasing Supervisor. Supervises a team of leasing agents to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times. She oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service to all our clients and owners. Sam works hand in hand with the property management department to complete daily tasks. Sam has been in an administrative task role for 2 years. 

 

Stacey Leach - Leasing Agent. Stacey assists the property management and leasing department to lease properties to prospective tenants. Stacey is the liaison between prospective tenants and our office team. She presents the properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenantsto attach them to our units. With 10 years of real estate and sales experience, she has a personable and friendly persona to help relate to our clients. 

 

Richard Denson - Leasing Agent. Richard assists the property management and leasing department to lease properties to prospective tenants. Richard is the liaison between prospective tenants and our office team. He presents the properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to attach them to our units. His 5 years of real estate and leasing experience nationwide give him that upper advance to find the perfect individual for each rental unit. 

 

Gab Salopek - Client Coordinator. Gab is responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and leasing services for all related rental properties and investor accounts. Gab work in office and may be part of our administration department. Her 4 years of coordination experience have led her to perform her duties accurately and efficiently contribute to customer satisfaction.

 

Britnie Boswell - Office Assistant. Britnie assists all of the different departments in our office. With such a crucial job, Britnie helps all our office staff complete the daily administrative and operational tasks in order to successful complete these tasks.  Other dutiesinclude assisting officestaff and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents. She keeps the officeorganized, tidy, and running smoothly.

 

Ashley Thelmo - Marketing Supervisor. Ashley coordinates all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, and events. She leads the marketing team and assists the leasing department for our rental units and managements. Ashley also helps with coordinate of prospective clients as well as assisting in office projects. 

 

Christine Reginaldo - Marketing Assistant. Christine helps aid in daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the leasing department’s activities. She supports marketing supervisor in organizing various projects. She also helps conduct market research and market data. She is also responsible to assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
